Limited Warranty

The following are the limited warranties made by All Star car body work, and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible:
- Present the owner’s copy of this warranty document to the warrantor before requesting warrantable repairs or parts, and;
- Have any warrantable repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at the premises of the warrantor during normal business hours.
Metal Work: All Star Collision Centers; provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, on all metalwork and frame work. To include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration; excluding rust damage. The collision center will repair any metalwork warranted hereby, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged do to unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
Painting, Stripes, and Decals: All Star Collision Centers; thru BASF provide a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, on priming and paint work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation, and a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals. Excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed; also excluding rust damage, rock chips, and door dings. The collision center will repaint any work warranted hereby listed, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged do to unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
Mechanical Repairs: All Star Collision Centers; provides a NINETY (90) DAY LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage. The collision center will repair any mechanical work warranted hereby listed, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged do to unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
Parts: All Star Collision Centers; provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, unless manufacturer warranty is less or more, on new parts installed by or at the collision center. (Please note: The collision center warranty does not exceed manufacturer warranty.) The collision center will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby listed, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged do to unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
