Toyota Certified Collision Centers must demonstrate a commitment to excellence by meeting Benchmarks and Standards in ten key areas such as Technician Training and Certification, Tools and Equipment, and Customer Satisfaction. To assure their dedication to these high standards, Dealers must re-qualify for the program annually.
The I-CAR Gold Class Professionals® designation is among the highest recognitions for training available to businesses in the car body collision repair industry and is designed to help the collision industry meet its changing needs. Businesses who have earned this designation not only achieve a high level of training for each employee, but also maintain annual training to provide their customers with efficient, safe, and high-quality services.
ASE is an independent, non-profit organization which improves the quality of vehicle repair and service by testing and certifying repair and service professionals. Exams stress knowledge of job-related skills. After passing and providing proof of two years of relevant work experience, the test-taker becomes ASE certified. To remain certified, professionals must be retested every five years.
